Stand-Up Comedy

Ilana helped found Doin’ It Onstage: University of California, Irvine’s first undergraduate stand-up comedy group. Since then she has been invited to perform at the Coup de Comedy, Orange County Jewish Comedy Festival, Bandit Theater’s Who’s High, and NextStage Company’s Masks Off Virtual Comedy Night.

Movement

One of Ilana’s favorite classes during her time in college was studying Counterbalance Theatre under Professor Annie Loui. She got to work with her classmates to choreograph and perform original pieces focused on weight exchange between herself and her partner.

Social Media and Marketing

In addition to being an artist, Ilana spends her weekdays working as the Content Strategist for Gladly, Inc’s Tab for a Cause. There she runs the company’s Youtube and TikTok pages while also writing copy, analyzing media performance and ad data, and UX design. This video was written, recorded, and edited by Ilana to alert users of a new browser extension in partnership with Partners In Health.
